Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Forsyth

This one had me thinking.

I was shocked by the state of our room. It was unsanitary, with dirty carpets and cigarette burn marks everywhere. The poor customer service was the nail in the coffin. The staff seemed unhelpful and indifferent.

Easy and favourable position, we enjoyed staying here.

The hotel was located just next door to Georgia and Forsyth and easy on-&-off the interstate. The room met all requests, it was brand-new here with carpet updated and a refrigerator, as example. The staff were incredible and excellent in case of questions...

The rooms here are cozy and great with a refrigerator and microwave. The location is easy and particularly good and personnel is amicable.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired!!! Cigarette burns on bedding and an unpleasant smell were distracting. Addressing the lack of daily housekeeping would greatly enhance the stay experience!!!

Upon entering the room, a strong, unpleasant odor was immediately noticeable. The bathroom was infested with roaches, and I found roach droppings inside the refrigerator, alarming. The bedding was marred by cigarette burns. Despite the reasonable rate, the lack of cleanliness overshadowed any potential value.

Had a blast with friends! The hotel was affordable, cozy, and within driving distance of the nearby amusement park and a picturesque lake. We enjoyed the pool and had a great time unwinding together after our day trips. I'd recommend it for a fun group getaway.

One of my friends found their room wasn't up to par as it needed a deeper clean. It was a bit disappointing, but we managed to enjoy the rest of our stay.
